Hello Sisters Return and Exchange Policy

Hello Sisters will happily accept eligible merchandise received within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.

You can return eligible merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit.

The customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Hello Sisters before the merchandise is mailed back to Hello Sisters. 

Items not eligible to be returned: items that have been worn, panties, stockings, body stockings, make-up, pantyhose, wigs, and sale, price reduced or clearance items.

Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.

Please try on the main portion of your item to ensure it fits properly immediately. Please do not try on any panties, stockings, or accessories until you know the item fits properly.

As the customer you are responsible for the shipping fees back to Hello Sisters. You may ship whatever shipping method you prefer.

Hello Sisters strongly recommends adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as Hello Sisters is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to Hello Sisters that may have been lost in the mail.
